WHAT IS WBA LIGHT?
WBA Light is a 4 week online personal training and nutrition program tailored specifically to you and your goals.
We understand that committing to a 12 week program can be quite daunting both financially and from a time-investment perspective. Therefore this program is aimed at people who want to test out our online program to see if it will work for you (which if you dedicate yourselves to it we believe it can be for everyone!). It’s a program for both men and women of all fitness levels who have a desire to change their lifestyle and become fitter, healthier and happier individuals.
*Please be aware that 4 weeks is not enough time to get major and lasting results and transform your body. This will be just the start of your journey to a new lifestyle and although it will give you the tools and techniques to start making a difference it will take perseverance and dedication to make the new you! Of course we can help you with these longer term goals too.
