Wild Body Active was co-created by both Luke and myself (Claire) as a platform to help people become fitter, healthier, and happier through a dedicated service personalised to you.

We wanted to create a platform where programs and plans aren’t regurgitated from client to client but built specifically for you and your goals to enable you to stay motivated and gain maximum results.

Educate your mind on what your body needs. Feed your body and soul with the right information to build the optimum you!

Start each day by jotting down what can inspire and motivate you today, what you can explore to learn more and grow as a person.






Enjoy being healthy, enjoy the feeling of having control over your body & mind. Make time for you. Do things you’re passionate about and this will keep your motivation levels high and your mindset positive.

Have a blow out every now and then, but know your limit and know how to reign it in!

Look after your body & be aware of the signs it’s giving you. Your workouts shouldn’t have to kill you. Add variety to your activities so that there’s always an element of fun.

Set yourself attainable goals, one bite size at a time. You will feel a consistent level of achievement if you accomplish small things step by step as opposed to attempting to take on the world straight from the go.




Embrace your body and learn to appreciate it and the amazing things that it can do. Occasionally test yourself to explore your limits and see where your comfort boundaries lie.

Embrace the world that we live in. Soak up new cultures and explore new places. Try to spend at least 10 minutes everyday outdoors in nature. It’s miraculous how just a little time outside can make you feel.

Embrace your new lifestyle. Start a notebook to keep track of your goals and all your small accomplishments. Reading what you have achieved each day will keep you on track, help you sleep and give you the motivation to keep conquering things the next day.











Hello! My name is Claire and I’m an Australian health, wellness and fitness fanatic! I have a love of the outdoors and a passion for adventure, the extreme and all things nature. While born and raised in Melbourne – Australia, I’ve been living and working in Dubai since 2010. I moved to Dubai at the fresh age of just 22, and while I miss Australia dearly I have never regretted the move to Dubai. I have been lucky enough to be able to travel the world, meet unbelievable people from all walks of life, explore so many different cultures and countries all whilst successfully running my own business.

I am a personal trainer and health & nutrition consultant with over 10 years’ experience within the industry. I am sick and tired of seeing people with terrible advice, on fad diets and crazy exercise plans that are just not made for their bodies. I have made this plan to help guide people in the right direction, to help people achieve lifelong goals and gain control of their life again. Having worked with so many different clients I know how to break through plateaus, how to work with difficult issues and just how to get damn good results.

Having the opportunity to travel and study abroad has allowed me to experience the differing thoughts and approaches to nutrition, health and fitness. I travelled to Denmark, Las Vegas, California and Australia, to name a few, attending numerous health conferences and courses and gaining invaluable insights from some of the best in the industry.

The health & fitness industry isn’t just my job, it’s my passion and my lifestyle and something I believe very strongly in. Every day I go to work I get to help transform my clients lives, each one of my clients is very special to me and I am thankful to love my job and be inspired every day by each and every one of my clients. Hi! I’m Luke. I’m an English guy (who nobody thinks looks, acts or sounds English) with a background in digital marketing and a passion for sport, travel and fitness. I live in Dubai with my better half (yes, I’m lucky to say that’s Claire) and have been enjoying Dubai life for almost 5 years now. Claire is of course the beauty AND the brains behind what we do but when it comes to Wild Body Active I like to think I’m still a pretty important cog in the machine. I guess we’ll see ;) I essentially look after all the behind the scenes elements of the platform from the website to the marketing to the products and customer support too. This enables Claire to focus her time on the core part of the service…her almost unparalleled knowledge when it comes to health and fitness, and customising it to people to help them improve their lives. We’re both super passionate about this platform and believe that it’s the perfect vehicle to enable people to achieve their goals in an industry that seems to be lacking detailed programming that is truly customised to the individual and their goals.
